Anyone that went through this museum and had less than a spectacular experience had to have been doing it wrong. We had our picture taken in different poses the minute we walked through the door, which instantly put us in a fantastic mood. From there, we made our way through different celebrities and even some horror icons. The detail on each one was amazing. There were even areas you could pose with them. It took us about 25 minutes to make it through the whole thing. HIGHLY recommend!!

If you've heard bad things about this wax museum, ignore them because this place has much improved! Yes, some of the figures aren't great, and Madame Tussaud's does it better overall, but they have some great wax figures in here. They also have lots of props you can use in your photos and videos. It's a lot of fun. We had been to their other location in Pigeon Forge many years ago, and most of the figures didn't look anything like the celebrities. But after going to this one, I can say their wax artists have gotten much better. There's a small but fun gift shop at the end.

The museum was well kept. And the staff was super kind. The lady up front (Debbie, I think) was especially nice. Went out of her way to make sure the experience was even better than just the tickets. Thanks.

Pricey but it was fun. I only did the regular admission not the all access pass. Statues were fine, many of them had props you can use for your pictures. I went there a little while ago and there weren't a lot of people. If you come and there are very few people ahead of you, I recommend using the props to make the most out of your visit instead of just walking through. The staff was present at the front.

I've been twice and while it's a simple walk through looking at the wax figures it's still cool. Each spot has a sign with descriptions, facts, history etc. Also some have props for you to take pictures and be interactive. My group and I definitely had fun visiting.

The museum is named after a Missouri radio and TV pioneer who operated out of nearby Springfield. So, there's a room dedicated to Ralph Foster and his broadcast achievements. Adjacent is a room covering his most popular Grand Ol' Opry style show and the country music stars who visited it. The TV Clampett's 1921 Oldsmobile truck from the Beverly Hillbillies has central placement on the first floor; the series creator was from the area. Famous Missourian and artist Thomas Hart Benton has an exhibit space of his landscapes. The second floor largely contains guns and taxidermic works of animals from around the world--both donated collections. Famed entertainer Andy Williams has a small exhibit of his Christmas sweaters due to his long-time residency in Branson. There's also space devoted to the history of College of the Ozarks. And so it goes. While some exhibits are exhaustively detailed, others--particularly the animals--have cursory descriptions. A beautiful exhibit of hundreds of mounted birds includes only the name of each, with some names so jumbled together it's confusing which bird is which. The animal descriptions are lightly proofread Encarta notes--a digital encyclopedia discontinued before 2010. The museum, however, offers a good diversion and you can easily spend a couple of hours here. It's well worth the low light entry expense, which will particularly appeal to families and seniors.

The staff were also wonderful: they are college students who work during the summer to pay for their room and board. During the school year, students work 15 hours per week to pay their tuition, so it's called Hard Work U. It's a must-see place; you won't be disappointed.

It was running badly but like a lot of classic cars I thought it was cold and needed to warm up. I got it home and it was still running badly. I called them back and I got the message machine. I never heard from them again. I had the carburetor adjusted, didn't help. I put new plugs and wires, (tune up) didn't help. I changed the distributer. didn't help. Checked the compression, THERE IT WAS. No compression on every cylinder. I called again, no answer, left a message. Never heard from them again. Out enjoying the money I just gave them I guess! I'm rebuilding the motor now. It's been a little over a year since the parts are hard to find for a Buick 340. Again, BE CAREFUL AND CHECK EVERYTHING. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!

You start and end your tour in the museum's gift shop. They do not have any animated dinosaurs, just a bunch of life sized statues of them. The museum offers a scavenger hunt, where you find 10 gold fossils throughout the museum. If you successfully complete the scavenger hunt, you get 10% off your gift shop purchases. I found the scavenger a bit distracting though. My kids were more focused on the scavenger hunt than enjoying and learning from the museum. In addition to the many dinosaur statues, the museum has pre-historic human skulls, fun facts, fossil imprints, and a very small theater where they have a dinosaur movie playing on loop. It took us about 30 to 45 minutes to go through the entire museum. And they seemed pretty common for all the other visitors that I saw. The gift shop has toys, stuffed animals, coloring books, posters books, and other novelties. The museum's dinosaurs are realistic, well put together and I enjoyed my brief time there. It is one of the more reasonably priced attractions in Branson, but is not a big time consumer. Be sure to check their website. They listed a code word on there to use when I purchased tickets that saved me $2 on adult admission. They will not volunteer this information, so be sure to look. The word I used was DINOROAR 2023. Not sure how long that word will be valid though, so I would just double check before you go.
