Upon getting there I am told they can get me a better loan rate via their Credit Union at Tinker. I accept it thinking they are doing what's best for their customer. After signing all the paperwork and getting the "you're good to go" speech and drove away in the truck. Three days later I get a call around 4 from the dealership telling me "The credit union won't endorse the sale". This was strange to me as I have a 780 credit score and had been pre-approved by Navy Federal for up to 81k at only a 0.4% difference. The dealer then offers me to either increase the loan rate from 5% to 11% and keep all my additional warranty extensions OR drop them all and keep the original 5%. For those that don't know this is a sign of Yo-Yo car selling and should be avoided at all costs. Luckily I got ahold of Navy Federal and had them send me a PRE-APPROVED CHECK for the required amount. After bringing them the check and signing / taking pictures of it in front of them (thank god I did this), I resigned the sales documents and had the sales rep call Navy Fed to get a verification code (he didn't want to do this but I wouldn't sign otherwise). Finally, I believed this nightmare was over...NOPE. Fast forward to today, June 26th, when two dudes with a braincell fighting for 5th place show up to my door. I am at work at the time but my mom was over so she had the displeasure of answering the door. They claim that the check bounced, that this had happened twice now, and that if it isn't fixed they would be reporting the truck stolen. So...a PRE-APPROVED check bounced...first time for everything I guess Unfortunately for them they were the ones in the wrong. After calling Navy Fed they confirmed that these 5 IQ kids had tried to cash the check without signing or indorsing it. I can't wait to see how bad they screw it up trying to request the check back. Honestly, It's a wonder that these dudes stay open. If you want the 3 stooges of banking, go to Harry Robinson Sallisaw Ford. If you want to buy a vehicle from responsible adults, go anywhere else.

So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

I then took the car to them so the A/C system could be checked for leaks and the correct amount of refrigerant was added. They had me on my way in less than 2 hours, with A/C blowing cold. I was on vacation in OK, 1,850 from my home in MT. They saved me over $1,000. In 45 years of working on my own cars, I have never met a repair shop that would help you out like they did. They call AAA and have the vehicle towed to a truck stop in Sallisaw so they can get off the interstate and try and fix the car. They didn't have any luck with fixing it, and actually made it worse. I Googled this Napa location and had AAA tow them just down the street so the shop at Napa could take a look. I was very nervous, I mean we've all seen this movie, two inexperienced young guys breakdown in a small town, they take their car to a local shop, and the repair bill that they get is enough to finance a small country. Not the case here. These guys at Napa took good care of the problem, and when parts weren't available they even drove to the local junkyard to find used ones. They had the car up and running in just a few hours, and all for less than a steak dinner in Amarillo! I was very happy, and incredibly relieved, once the car was off the rack, the bill was paid, and my two sons were back on the road. The fix held for the rest of the trip, and is still working like a charm! Everything went great except for the speeding ticket they got in Oregon, but that's a story for another review... The short of it: Great people! Great service, and a fine example to shops and mechanics everywhere! Thank you!!
