They kept in touch with us giving us the latest updates, which kept us sane, until the issue was concluded. We live out of state, and could not find our mother. She wasn't registered anywhere on any list. It seemed hopeless trying to find her in an area of such devastation. This agency never gave up, within 2 days we received a video proving she was found and safe.
