This is the BEST auto repair facility around! For several reasons I very highly recommend NuCar…read moreChevrolet of Lowell. Most importantly, their repair work was excellent. My car was nearly totaled in an accident. Now that whole section of my car looks like new! You'd never know that it was previously so badly damaged. I would challenge anyone to find any trace of the damage! Secondarily, the service was top-notch. From the first contact they were all highly professional, responsive, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and were very pleasant to deal with. Thirdly, their communication was also excellent. Throughout the three weeks of extensive repairs, I received consistent texts, calls, emails, and pictures from them detailing the progress of their work. All told, I'm very happy to have chosen them to repair my car, and very pleased with the results of their performance!

Checked in at 11am to be told not ready yet, they've been busy, and air bag can take a while. (Written in text!) Okay that's fine, but mentioned I am on time constraints today. - Ok! They'll get back to me asap. Check in again, still being worked on at 12:30. Check in at 3pm to let them know vehicle will have to stay now due to prior commitments for the day. No problem from them! Get an automated text saying work complete and a bill at 3:45 for a $90 oil change, a note of muddy breaks, and no safety recall done. No part on hand... and they're back ordered! WHY was I not told about the missing part at ANY point of contact throughout the day prior to the bill? Let alone not having the part ordered in the two week span of setting my appointment?! A miss communication I was told. A $20 loyalty coupon applied, as a repeat customer.... Thanks a lot. Paid my $92 oil and will take my business elsewhere... and to one with a much quicker turnaround time for the part. Communication is seriously lacking here.

Service manager is straight forward, friendly and helpful. Jim in sales has been great over the years. With my recent purchase, my salesperson Alex was a pleasure to work with, and the process was enjoyable from start to finish. No hard sales tactics or BS, just friendly customer service. Will continue to use and recommend Liberty.

Extremely disappointed with Liberty Mazda…read more Negotiated online with Jim and agreed the selling price for a 2015 Toyota Tacoma Truck. The Truck displayed a sticker stating (and according to salesman Pete) the Truck had been serviced by their own Service department. After spending 5 hours of my day and $112.00 having a pre-purchase inspection done at Woburn Toyota, I was given a report listing $4514.00 of service work that was needed. Woburn Toyota service department take a video of the inspection for their customers to see. The video showed that the cabin filter was covered with leaves and dirt, the air filter also filthy, the axle boots split/leaking and a possible leak in the cooling system, the coolant reservoir was below the minimum level. The two most expensive items were the steering rack and axle needed to be replaced. Salesman Pete promised me he would get back to me about them having the repairs done, but never did, he also stated that the owners will most likely sell the truck at auction rather than do the repairs. Buyers Beware!

I would highly suggest staying away from this dealership. I sure wish I had taken the time to read…read morethe reviews before I fell for what I believe was a bait-and-switch. I submitted my car for sale and received a very good offer from the dealership. I drove all the way there after speaking with Joe, making it very clear that I was only selling my vehicle and was not interested in buying another vehicle. I specifically told him that I wanted the offer I had received to be honored. Once I arrived, however, the dealership came up with every possible reason to reduce the offer--ultimately lowering it by approximately $6,000. The explanation? Apparently, their algorithm had made a mistake on the original offer. Now they're blaming the technology. It's interesting that the algorithm was apparently smart enough to make the original offer, but somehow became wrong once I showed up at the dealership. I have documentation proving exactly what happened, including the original offer, the mileage, and the condition of my vehicle. There wasn't one spec of damage on it--it was essentially a brand-new vehicle. And I should have known something wasn't right when I overheard one of their employees going after an elderly customer, trying to convince him that his vehicle wasn't worth what he thought it was and that they didn't even want it. That really bothered me. It makes me wonder how many people--especially elderly customers or people who aren't familiar with the car-buying process--have been put in similar situations. If the dealership responds to this review with an explanation, that's fine. I will respond with the documentation and proof of what actually happened. I am also submitting my documentation to the Better Business Bureau and Massachusetts consumer affairs authorities and asking them to review my experience with this dealership. I can only imagine how many other customers may have experienced something similar without having the documentation or knowledge to challenge it. Do yourself a favor: read the reviews, get everything in writing, and be very careful before making the trip to this dealership.
