Their prices reflect their high maintenance standards, as everything is expensive. When we spoke with a representative about buying a plot, the representative was dishonest about burial and cremation laws. As a result, we bought a plot because of his false information. Later, when we learned we had been misled, we tried to reason with Roselawn to get a refund, since the arrangement was not what we wanted. They told us they were not responsible for their employee's lies; they fired that particular employee, and we are stuck with the plot. I think that is very poor practice, and do not understand why an ethical business would need to do such a thing.

Don made sure that my 98 year old father who was a WWII veteran had a 21 gun salute, honor guard, and a flag draping his coffin. We had a beautiful ceremony at the cemetery and my family was presented with the traditional folding of the flag.
