Then by chance I calmed Cleveland Cremation and they immediately put me at ease. In a few minutes I went from worried and upset to at-ease and knowing that my loved one would be in good hands and that me and family had nothing to worry about. Additionally, we are located in another state and they took care make everything was handled quickly and professionally. Then made sure that my family members remains were shipped quickly and the utmost of care. The temporary, personal urns, as well as the needed death certificates were all received as promised. The communication and condolences did not stop thereafter but was extended to make sure that me and my family did not have any questions. In all, I highly recommend this group of caring and understanding awesome folks at Cleveland Creamtion.

But when the unthinkable happened my husband quickly reached out to Lou. He told me not to look anywhere else he is someone you can trust. When the moment came all of the details were taken care of and highly organized. Then came the moment where we had to sit with him and discuss next steps. I had no clue but he patiently guided us and made sure every thing was carefully thought of with no rush. His employees were EXCELLENT! From choosing the casket, getting the right image and verbiage for the obituary. Making sure that they had a few pictures of her so that they could apply right makeup and hair style, it was amazing. I'm glad that they had our back. The day of the viewing, the father who led prayers and last rights all amazing. The procession to the cemetery all so beautiful. Lou our family is forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Excellent value for the casket we chose and everything else. Just sit with him and have a chat, I'm sure he can work with different fair budgets.

Riverside is pretty…read more I'd say it's possibly the 2nd best cemetery in Cleveland, after Lakeview of course. There are a lot of "prominent residents" buried here. Save for Linda Anne Eastman, who was the founder of the Cuyahoga County Library System and the Metroparks founder dude, Harry M. Farnsworth, I can't say that I know who many of the other prominent folk actually were. Worth noting: if you donate your body to the CWRU Medical School, what's left of you will be placed here. They have a really nice memorial service for the families of those that donated their bodies each year. Many of the med students come to the service and a few of them speak and say the most sincere, heartfelt things. Very emotional and very sweet.

I would never recommend this funeral to anyone, they broke my heart in many ways, I couldn't bury…read moremy mother, she passed away January 17th 2018,she was 72 years old, I went to them because of the ratings and reviews and because she lived right around the corner she loved going to St. Rocco's festival, not knowing how cruel these men are and disrespectful they are, when I went to do the arrangements, it was hard enough being there, I tried my best to come up with another $4,138.00, but I couldn't, we have no family and my mother only has my brother and myself, they wanted the money by Sunday January 21,so I decided on cremation, My mother was paying a life insurance for over 26 years not knowing that all she got was 2,000 dollars from it, so just imagine how we we're treated, of course they wanted the 2,000 and more for a cremation, but that money doesn't mean anything to me, what matters is what happen after that, Monday she was cremated, Wednesday was a Mass, which by the way was a joke, He tells me to be there by 5:30pm, So we went the church was locked, I'm looking across the street thinking it might be there I saw people in the funeral home, but it can't be Mass should be in church, minutes after, I see A. Ripepi crossing the street with my mothers urn, nothing in the church was ready for my mother, for when we got there, I paid for flowers and they had none for my mother, they used the other persons flowers, the cards were wrong and he did not fix anything on the website, so other people showed up in Middleburg Heights. I feel that I was discriminated, because I couldn't pay for an expensive funeral.
