PSI EXCEEDED even my highest expectations. Before they began cleaning, they took the time to walk around my house with me, listening carefully and thoughtfully addressing each of my concerns. I was particularly concerned about the landscaping around the foundation and in close proximity to the house, even going so far as to say, "I'd rather have a dirty house as dead plants," so as to stress the importance of protecting the landscaping. Respectful of my concerns, they showed me the bio-safe labels on their cleaning solution and assured me that no harm whatsoever would come to the landscaping -- and they were true to their word. Not one single plant or even a limb or a leaf was harmed from pulling the long hoses around the house or from the cleaning solution itself. It's been two weeks now and the plants are still in perfect condition. PSI soft-washed the entire house, (roof, siding, awnings, shutters and decks) and absolutely EVERYTHING looks brand new now. It's TRULY amazing. They even washed my white deck furniture which now looks like the day it came out of the box. On top of being EXPERTS at what they do, they were gentlemen and professionals from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. They showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and were courteous, considerate and conscientious at every turn. Now that I've been the beneficiary of their work and had the pleasure of dealing with them personally, I'm not surprised that they were booked solid when I first called, (which I actually considered to be a good thing) so I needed to wait a few weeks for an appointment but I'M SO GLAD I DID.
