They have all been kind, thoughtful, and helped me when I was ill. The wait on the phones used to be pretty long, but seems better recently. Looks like a lot of other reviews are about phone issues, so maybe that's not as big of a problem now. I get all my care from Beth Israel doctors in Boston or at Milton and have been happy with my care at both places.
