So very very disappointed with this agency. We we given nothing but a run around and still could not find a proper wheel chair for my own use. After many phone calls and 3O mile trips we agreed that I would temporarily take a larger wheel chair than need just to have at least something until they got my size in. The chair was huge and unsafe for someone of my size. It also could not fit through the door ways inside the house. After receiving this bug chair I was told that they would contact me when a more appropriate chair was available . Months and months went by and we never heard anything from them. We finally asked that someone com and get the large chair again with the intention of receiving the right size as it came available . Never heard from them again.i would not recommend this agency to anyone as it was a frustrating experience with no appropriate outcome. read more

After reading Yelp i was concerned when my insurance told me Home Again Medical was my supplier of a battery operated scooter for my wife. My experience with Douglas Olsen and his staff more then warrants five stars. They have been very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of requirements for approvals and necessary documentation. Mr. Olsen visited our home, authenticated our legitimate need for this unit to comply with insurance requirements and followed through on all promises. He is a man of his word, contrary to the negative review listed in Yelp. He brought the unit to my home personally and went over the operation, handling and maintenance of the Pride 4 wheel scooter. We highly recommend Home Again Medical and Mr. Olsen. read more

Unfortunately with medical equipment suppliers the patient gets no say in who they use which is very frustrating. They supplied my husband's power wheelchair November 2014. Although Doug is friendly and seemed knowlegeable, we have been plagued with problems from the beginning. The fit was bad, even after several adjustment it does not fit right. Parts started breaking, including a shock. The office staff is often rude on the phone. They had to come out three times to correctly program the attendant controller. Now my husband has switched from private insurance to Medicare and they are refusing to come fix the chair. Terrible company. It almost seems like they deliberately delivered a subpar product in order to rack up thousands of dollars in repair bills. read more

I am not yet sure how I feel.I received a scooter thru them and I do not think I got the scooter he showed me when he came to my home.It was all on a Ipad or something.was not given any photos or anything.I do remember I was told the cost was the low $1100.Then when it was time to get it the cost was over $1200.The cost was not my conceren but the rangeWhen He brought the scooter out I questioned the range that I would get and I don't think I will even be able to get to church and back,I questioned the possible chance of a up grade and was kind of just told there was nothing I could do.At this point I think I am going to dispute my credit card bill for my 20% and then call my insurance co with my concerns. read more

I have had ongoing issues with this company. I have a beautiful, relatively new Permobil wheelchair. Home Again has been doing the maintainence on it for over 2 years. They only have one repair person and he seems to do more damage to my chair everytime he works on it. He is very careless. One time after a repair, I put the arm with the controls up and it fell back down because the screw fell out, stripping another screw that took months before they repaired it and it finally stopped falling down. He has dropped large tools on the body and put chips in it, which cannot be painted over because of the special paint job. No mention of it until found later on. Another issue is the girl that takes the calls for the repair department. She has very poor communication skills, and just refuses to call back. It's not just me, I have friends with similar problems. Unfortunately, there is no other medical equipment business that I can use with my present insurance. read more
