I finally got a call from a recording telling me what time they will be here...a four hour window and no one asked what might be a good time of day for me. The time they picked is during a time when I cannot be here. Also I cannot get a manager to speak to me in regards to this situation. I am calling now to cancel my order. They do not work to ensure the customer is happy or that they are working FOR the customer. Its their way or the highway. I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale.
