I picked this company due to having a Minnie Mouse combo jump which was the theme of my daughter's party. I booked on March 13th and the day before my daughter's party at 4:50 PM they informed me that they did not have that jump and they offered a Mickey Mouse jump. I expressed my frustration but accepted the other available jump due to it being the final hour before the party. The day of the party the company showed up with the Mickey Mouse jump but it was SOAKING WET. The guy tried to dry it with some towels but again 30 minutes before the party I had no other options. I did reach out the following day to inform them I was very disappointed about how things went and was told I would hear something back but heard nothing back from the company. The company left the jump overnight but did not tell me. Overall, I paid $250 plus dollars for a wet jump that I didn't really want. 0/10 would be my review.

Now all they want to do is rent another for 50 percent when they should of gave another day with a working unit. Now I am stuck with a unfinished job, they were a waste of time and money. I would not recommend using these people for anything. I was trying to make my job easier and not have as much manual labor but now I just have them money and still have to do the manual labor and the waste of time messing with them delayed me from finishing and getting paid and starting another job.
