So I have to award this company called Family Home Care Services 1 star, I would give them negative stars, but yelp needs at least one star to post. So what's been happening you ask? What's big deal? I called 4 times since 10 am this morning. Sad. I needed some information about them getting me to my appointment this week. You see last week Sarah decided I did not need to go an appointment that would help my arm pain. So what she took my staff for part of the day. Big deal I had her for the rest of the day. Sarah pulled my staff. So today, I could never get through to FHCS. My health care provider dialed and got through to them the first time. Wow that screening your calls huh.
Nobody can believe that the first thing that happens when you try to call is FHCS puts you on hold then voice mail. I dialed family home services while I was waiting to go home one day from the hospital. It played their bouncy little tune never getting anyone, then continuing on to voice mail.
