    This is one of my favorite places. So I am pretty into sustainability and additionally I absolutely love a good deal. This is my home basically. I have been shopping here for over a year, and i've gotten multiple pieces. I would recommend that you look over everything in detail to make sure that You are happy with the quality of the item and any knicks and scratches with it. In general you will get a very good deal. Parking- Parking can be quite tight and there is only a very small spot in front of the store so you can walk directly in. This is a shared parking lot and you will probably walk a little bit. Staff- Staff can be hit-or-miss but in general I have found that most people are really nice. I have never had a negative interaction. Prices - You generally will not find anything below two hundred dollars except accessories. A lot of stuff is coming from z gallery and also from model homes. Stock- Nothing is put online and it constantly changes. So you have to keep coming back.. And general I will keep stopping by and keep checking into this place.

    If you have not been to The Home Consignment Store you need to run there. When I tell you I get steals here, I absolutely mean it. My husband and I have been coming here since they opened and always find deals. Today was the biggest steal of them all. They were selling a Z Gallery Sideboard for $199 bc it had literally a small gash in it and some residue on it from tape on it. It is originally $1699. I got home and put some goo gone on it and I'll get some wood filler to fix the gash. Literally a STEAL! We absolutely love it. Also we love all of the customer service and not to mention the guys helping us today to get it into our truck. They really deserve the biggest thank you because they literally do all the heavy lifting. We are customers for life! Love this place!

    We stopped by today to see if they had any patio furniture that would work with a love seat I bought 2 years ago here and yep found the perfect set and it was priced to sell. Excellent quality and a fraction of what I would have paid online. I love this place. Just as good as it was the day they opened. Good quality unique furniture. I can't say enough. Stop by see for yourself!

    I love this cabinet.  High end piece by Tamerlane.  The craftsman and details are nice transitional mid century that is timeless.

    More great finds. Spotted this beautiful rug, cabinet, and pictures. Completed the transitional look I was going for. The staff here is really friendly and helpful getting the rug and rolling it out for me to see it. Also they have the option to test drive where you can take it home to see if it works out.

    Here is a faux shagreen dresser I bought brand new with the tags on it at this store.  I believe I paid $349 and this was $1500 at RH.

    I LOVE the merchandise in this store. It's like a treasure hunt and I've bought several EXCELLENT pieces at reasonable prices. Most of the staff are pleasant although the manager ... not so much. I wish they would stay open until at least 7 so that people who work 9-5ish could shop after work hours. Since the restaurant opened directly in front of the store, direct-access parking is limited as restaurant customers use the store's parking ... suggest they get some signs to reserve the spaces just adjacent to the store for shoppers.

This is like a mini IKEA, complete with a cafe inside. We actually had to ask a sales associate for help because they were all busy. We had Justin, who was so kind and thorough with our order. My husband brought his truck, and we took our bed home that day (some assembly required). I highly, HIGHLY recommend Justin to help with your furniture needs. He wasn't pushy and knew we just wanted to buy the bed. We had some time between placing our order and pickup to wander around the store, and we loved browsing through the different areas. We will definitely be back next time we need to get furniture.

    Very seldom to I leave a review this terrible…read more I purchased a set from Living spaces in Feb 24 for approx $2500. This set was decent and has looked good style wise, although the quality of the material was a bit questionable. However, you get what you pay for. Given that we were happy with the first set, when we decided to remodel, we went back in November of 24. I spent over $7k on a leather sofa set on 11/22/24. The first sofa delivered on 11/25 was damaged at the warehouse, the second delivered on 12/6 was cut by a box cutter during delivery, the third delivery on 12/9 came with box cutter marks which were done at warehouse or delivery, the fourth delivery on 12/16 was a used returned sofa delivered (cuts, marks, dirt), the 5th delivery on 12/18 had major sun damage and discoloration from sitting in the sun, and the final 6th delivery on 12/23 had manufacturer die defects (there is a repair spot on the arm). Each time, managers assured me the next sofa would be inspected prior to delivery, but none of them were actually inspected. I offered to go to the warehouse prior to delivery to inspect but was told they wouldn't let us do this. I have spoken to multiple reps, supervisors, and managers online. They also asked the store to get involved to assist me. The first two store employees (Joshua and Diane) were so nice and both admitted they have a systemic warehouse issue as well as the fact that they contract 3rd party delivery teams which are not great. However, they both said they would make sure the warehouse inspected the next sofa's and this did not happen. The last customer service manager at the store, Sheridan, was rude and offensive. Sheridan told me there was nothing wrong with Sofa #6, and hung up on us. Sheridan told us only course of action was that the store would take the set back and charge us $700 (10%) restocking plus $99 return pickup fee. The last delivery, the team was rude and my very patient son almost asked them to lease our house. He would not take pictures of the defects but took pictures of the other side of the sofa that was in front of the bright light of our door. After an hour on the phone with Sheridan, I called back (1-800 number because you cannot call and speak to a store manager) and they finally admitted it was a manufacturer defect, after showing the better pictures I had to send it to another manager. However, Sheridan had written notes on the account that could not be exchanged (even though 4 times were delivery/warehouse issues). The customer service through the 1-800 number has decided that since it was manufacturer defects, they will return the entire set free of charge... However, we used their financing, and I have already made 2 payments on a sofa set that I don't have. Financing is to begin 30 days after delivery... but since the deliveries have failed and they don't communicate that to the financing company either, I have been paying on a set I don't actually have. They are set to pick back up the defective set Jan 8th. I simply wanted them to exchange the sofa for a good one as I have decorated around this set and truly love the style and design. Instead of making it right, we were told we couldn't be pleased with the manufacturer. We don't feel this is a manufacturer issue, but rather a store, warehouse, and delivery issue. Moral of the story - Living Spaces would rather lose a $7k sale rather than just make it right. The actual store support (Sheridan and Leslie - her boss) have no desire to make things right. They were rude, condescending, and care nothing about customer service. I feel like overall this could be a great store, but the lack of customer service and incompetence makes me warn anyone from buying. I have tried to get resolution on this issue and no one at corporate will actually call me back.

To have 1 salesperson scrambling to find the price of an item online, when in fact it was on their showroom floor and the other one looking for a catalog only to hungrily dart out behind the counter when the next victim entered their door.. and when asked enroute to her prey what the status was on my item n potential purchase .. be told in a muffled tone "I'm sorry I don't have any time"... HUH?! We walked towards the door together and I gently said, "I'm sorry you don't have time to help me" she fumbled because how does one reply to a comment such as that when you're in a customer service position... Customer Service is first in my book and when you fail to execute on the foundation of your job (which should be the easiest) ... you've lost my business....
