There were no hidden surprises as every step was discussed with me before making a purchase even with the smallest of items just to make certain that I approved the additions. I also made some changes in the original request, knowing that my additions would also add to my cost. The extra cost was line itemized for me and the owner of the company (Jimmy) did not get upset with my changes and he was the one going to pick up the extra materials at his suggestion. I know that this type of request is more often than note met with disapproval from a contractor but he was very kind and told me that he just wants his customers to have the dream they have in mind. So I ask, "Who says that now a days?" This is a remarkable company--both Jimmy and Angie. Pricing? He is right in the ball park of the other guys but what sets this company apart is the quality of finished workmanship and the customer service. Raggety, jaggity, shitty seam. When she called them, the owner was a jerk and said he was not going to fix it. He also DOES NOT have a business license.
