Thoroughly useless and very unhelpful. Fortunately the catalogue I have been with for several years has now resolved the problem by offering another option for a parcel to be delivered. Not only were HOME DELIVERY NETWORKS unhelpful, I also found them very irrating and bearing in mind I was paying for the phone call for them to ruin my weekend. Simple request really. They tried to deliver a parcel to my home and couldn't get a reply. They left a card informing me that the parcel had gone back to their depot and suggested I either ring their automated service or visit the website. I did both because I wanted to ask if they could deliver to my works address. When I finally got to speak to a human being after several wasted questions not relating to my request - I was told no! Apparantly my works address was out of the area - considering I live in the same area as my works address I found this rather amusing...well no amusing isn't how I was feeling actually...furious now that sounds just about right. At the end of a wasted, frustrating, upsetting. annoying phone call to HOME DELIVERY NETWORKS I told them to 'shove the parcel where the sun don't shine'. Great end to a reasonably pleasant week...not! So that 'in a nutshell' is my review on this courier service and the best of luck to anyone who uses them and asks a simple question. read more
