I bought a cooker from this company and had a fault the same day. Unfortunately they could not call back for Two days replaced the element. After one week same element stopped working told to use other Three instead as probably switch problem. I was not amused asked for refund, I was told replacement only I mentioned my rights and trading standards suddenly as a good will gesture they paid up.
