The work was not done right and I reported to you via text (March 24) & email (April 4) with evidence from pictures showing the issues, and you promised to return this morning April 8 to repair and complete the work. However, you pretty much came this morning to harass me in my home - when I was showing you the issues with your work in the basement and you (especially Frank) kept saying you did "free work" for me and continued yelling after I asked you to stop saying that since I paid you in full for the agreed contract you provided for the work. Your behavior in my home this morning was very rude and disrespectful, and good thing I have it all on my home video cameras. The scope of the project grew as we realized that we needed more things done in the house before we could move in, which included: installing several interior and exterior doors, removing and reinstalling a built-in set of drawers, installing and fixing flooring, removing a built-in wet bar in the basement, doing some work in a bathroom so we could put in a new vanity and bathtub, removing a wall between two rooms so one could be turned into a walk-in closet, making a small alcove into a closet, stripping down a door to be refinished, making shelf supports for our long pantry shelves so they don't bow from the weight, and helping fix a basement leak that was due to the prior owner not properly fastening his deck to the foundation. I am sure there some things I am forgetting, but the bottom line is that Patrick and Chris were always up to doing what we needed done. They were on time, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Patrick was great about providing quotes for all of the work, and had very reasonable prices. In addition, when I needed a contractor for something that he couldn't do, he knew someone in the area he could recommend, and those recommendations (of which there were several for: roofing, plumbing and tile work) worked out great. My wife and I appreciate the great work that Patrick and Chris did, and would highly recommend them for any type of construction project - whether it's big or small.

He replied " We dont its already built into the price and We dont do nooks" What?! Your a shower and bath company! Then I asked how much for what YOU want to do to this shower? Get ready. He said 20. I said 20 bucks? He said No $20,000. For a 32"x32" basic shower! I worked in the trades my whole life and Im now a home inspector this just blew me away! This shower should cost between $5,000 & $7000 with demo included. This company needs good luck with salesmen like this!
