Home Instead is a wonderful place to work for. Steve and Mary Jo have created a welcoming environment for new and current employees. The rest of the office staff is helpful and kind as well. I started out as a caregiver in 2022 and immediately fell in love with my job- not only because the clients are a treat to care for but also because the Home Instead office staff treated me like family. They care about the people they take care of and are always willing to listen when you call with concerns. As long as you're flexible with them they will be flexible with you! I loved the way my shifts were scheduled and how they accommodated my availability. I would highly recommend Home Instead if you're looking for a good job!
