Aides spoke about being able to leave early and clients clocking them out. The coordinator Alex, when I complained the aid left the kitchen gate open, aid lied about the water and ice tea belonging to him, giving my dad food that burned his mouth. Alex comment was my aids are not responsible for giving ur dad food that will not burn him and aids are it to lock the gate preventing dad from eating the wrong food or turning in the gas. Favoritism plays a big roll there. I could go on what I went through & saw on the 3rd floor but that nightmare I'll keep to myself.
