I visted the store (located near Asda) this Saturday looking a for a certain piece of furniture as they stocked the range I have purchased previously. The selection was quite large, however the staffs attitudes left a lot to be desired. My partner and I walked around the ground floor and passed at least five members of staff who never once approached us and simply chatted amongst themselves and enjoyed their cups of tea. Yes, we could have approached staff, but I expect as a customer that part of good customer service is for a member of staff to actually acknowledge your presence. Instead we left the store and then visted two further furniture stores near by whose staff actually spoke to you upon entering the shop (Good morning, is there anything I can help you with today) take note Home Interiors staff. read more
