Our Imperial 7 foot Pool Dining table ordered in June has now arrived within the timescale originally quoted and well in time for Christmas despite the inevitable supply chain issues, so we are really happy with that. From the original tour of the showroom safely made under Covid restrictions where every question was patiently answered, through all of the updates I requested via email, to Howard and Tyrone installing the table the service offered by all of Home Leisure Direct's staff has been brilliant. The website is also fantastic with lots of interesting and informative videos covering virtually every question you could have. The table looks stunning both set up for dining and playing which was really important for us as our room in not a games room and is primarily for eating. The dual aspect has to work and it is spot on. The quality of play and all of the functions of the table are incredible and the accessories top notch. We are still waiting on the additional snooker balls but this has been considerately explained by the staff. So far we have had some serious match ups and also some really fun social play with family of all ages. Final word goes to the installation team. Order Number 105457 I ordered and bought a Crown Two Piece Peradon Cue back in September, so I have now been using this cue for 6 months which is a great time period to write a review of this cue and the customer service at Home Leisure Direct. Firstly I would like to comment on the customer service as this is what I noticed first about the company. Extremely professional and straight forward. Any questions I had would be answered to a high standard while also keeping the conversation in a relaxed state of flow. Which is a skill some retail workers can struggle with. I felt very relax and confident in the knowledge and experience Home Leisure Direct offered. Once I was happy with my selection of cue we concluded our conversations and the deal was done. Six months later, the cue feels exactly like the first time I used it. The quality of wood used is still at full expectations and I use the cue at least twice a week for 3 hours on each day. I have no issues or problems with the cue and it has done me proud in winning a few tough frames in various tournaments or competitions around Bristol. I don't often leave reviews for people but after the excellent experience that I had from Home Leisure direct,I felt I needed to. Fantastic service from them from start to finish. Initially contacted them through chat and was advised about availability and was told they would call me back as soon as they had stock. Called me a week later with news of the table I wanted and let me place my order on the phone.I was advised that delivery would be 4-6 weeks but the table was delivered and installed in just over 3 weeks. The delivery drivers were amazing.They had a very awkward route to where I wanted the table and they carried it through and installed it all very quickly without a word of complaint.The guy that installed it was really knowledgeable and advised me on things that I hadn't even considered. The level of service I received from my first contact up until the table was installed was amazing and everyone I spoke to was a credit to the company. I ordered from Alex at Home Leisure Direct a pool table, benches and arcade machine for our family home a few weeks ago. We knew the pool table would arrive by Christmas with the 4 person arcade machine timeframe looking at March. On 1st December they arrived with the pool table and WOW, it completely exceeded our expectations. The table is stunning with the cast iron pipe legs, and the matching benches are worth purchasing for when using as a dining table. We changed from red and yellow to blue and yellow pool balls and also purchased extra spots and strip pool balls so I can play 9 ball pool. Everything that was expected arrived and was so well packaged. The team built the table and showed me how to level when needed. We have now had an email to say our arcade machine will be arriving on 8th December 3 months earlier and before Christmas. We visited their showroom near Bristol and received helpful, relaxed personal attention to help us make the right choices for us. Being able to see all the tables in the showroom was essential to work out what we really needed - we would definitely have bought the wrong thing if we'd bought blind. Delivery of our table was very straightforward. Neil and Aaron arrived exactly when scheduled and set to work straight away constructing and setting up our table. They were highly competent, but also nice guys who were easy to have around! I purchased a 7ft Signature McQueen Silver Mist Oak Pool Dining Table with an additional table tennis top. The sales team were excellent and you can speak to the same person whenever you want for continuity. I drove 4 hours from Ipswich to Bristol to see the table before I purchased and, although well looked after, it was a waste of time. Pre-ordered an outdoor signature pro pool table. The second i ordered it Callum rang me to advise if i chose a different colour cloth then I'd get a table a lot quicker which i greatly appreciated as i wanted a table to use ASAP this summer. We got the Royal Navy cloth which is such a great colour it looks very smart. We are not using at as a dining table. Its only purpose is as a pool table. It gets lots of use every day.
