I was promised a delivery before Christmas, in 7 days maximum. Two days after Christmas, still waiting for the machine, I called Electropromo and asked what was happening. Thay said the dishwasher would be coming the following day. Still waiting two more days, I was told it would come the next day again. Today, 27.12.2013, I called them and insisted to be told if they were ever going to deliver the dishwasher. I was told that the supplier had few days ago closed for the holidays (they did NOT mention it the previous day for some reason), and the delivery will PROBABLY take place after 6.01.2014!!!!! NO COMMENT! I know Belgium is very famous with the terrible customer service, but these guys have no limits. I would never ever go there again, and today I will try to get reimboursed 469 euros. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! Stay away from them!

I am very demanding when it comes to wine glasses and this store has more styles of wine glasses than all the stores in Paris or my home of Seattle. Let me explain. A wine glass must look fine yet fit in the dishwasher and survive the dishwasher. These glasses from Royal Leerdam in Holland can do this but they only seem to be available at la Vaisselle au Kilo. I can't find them in the US (but when I did they cost more than twice as much,) and I can't find them in Paris, (so much for the common market of the EU.) For selection this store can't be beat and for price they are very good as well.
