I met Dean after receiving a postcard in the mail advertising his services. And since I live in a homeowners association with those ever present "condo commandos" that drive the neighborhood like 16 times a day seeking out violations, I figured it was time to pressure wash. Once a year for a 4th year in a row of owning this home, I pressure clean. Not just the roof, but the house, patio, driveway and the curbing around the house itself. Everything needs a bath. And each year, its been with a different service as they seem to come and go. I tried tracking down the last guy who pressure washed last year, but he is vacationing in the local lockup for driving on a suspended license. So much for that... Back to Dean and his crew from A1A Power Washing. Great job and extremely happy with the services provided. I will certainly use them again. 8:30 in the morning and Dean shows up with two men to start the job. I'm off to work so its only a few minutes with them before I depart. Machines, hoses, ladders and all sorts of cleaning equipment. They start on the roof. 6 pm and I arrive home, having worked a full day and forgotten were the pressure washers. After all - too many distractions during the day. Why would I remember the pressure washers? Dean and his crew were still at my home pressure washing. They had pressure washed the roof with a hand wand rather than one of those round pads, finished the house, driveway, patio, curbing, and were just finishing up the screen patio and all of the furniture in the patio. My wife indicated they had worked the entire day and had only taken about a half-hour for lunch. I was very happy with the service offered by Dean and A1A Power Washing. He was knowledgeable, personable and very impressive by answering all of my questions. He believes in his windows and his enthusiasm is evident in what he does. Customer Service kept me updated while the windows were being constructed. Once they were ready, the rep fully explained what to expect on the day of installation. He was very accommodating in scheduling the install date to my needs. The day of installation, Joe, the crew supervisor, called me when they were on their way giving me an ETA. I had thought of additional questions before they began. He called the office and put me in touch with Kourtney. She was professional in handling my questions and assured me with kindness and understanding. Joe and his crew of six took over and got to work immediately. Two men worked together on a window. They were efficient, fast and you could tell they knew what they were doing. It was amazing how they could do what they do with each of them knowing what their responsibilities are without saying a word. They just got after it and finished my home in less than a day. Each of them was respectful of me and my home. They moved furniture that was in the way and covered things in the open. They cleaned up so well before they left, there wasn't a piece of dust or dirt anywhere. During the day, their manager, Michael, stopped by to check in and make sure I was happy with the progress and if I had any concerns. He walked me around the house to make sure I could see everything they were doing. Nathan, the sales rep, also stopped by before the day was over to make sure I was pleased with the job. The windows are even better than what I expected! They make an immediate difference in the appearance of each room. One of the best things when looking through them - the colors and clarity outside are move vivid. I have noticed an immediate quietness in suppressing sounds from the outside. My favorite window is the one that opens from side to side. I just can't say enough how great these windows are! Like I said, H & M Windows are truly fantastic.
