He was hired to improve my new home. Chainlink fence need installed but only cement four post in a 430ft long fence so the post moved and the chainlink is not loose and the gates no longer close. He also started on my workshop but stopped before installing door seals and left gaps between the exterior walls and the roof so water and birds are coming in. He installed 2 leantoos and they both leak where it meets side of my home. Overall nice person, good at his work but difficult to get him to be on time and finished products he is paid to do.
