When we picked up the shirt on Friday the collar had stains that looked like burn marked and a black stain in the front. The shirt was needed for a wedding on Saturday , 5/11. We were referred to the Owner, Chris Marchi. He stated that the earliest he could clean the shirt was Monday, 5/13 after the wedding. Not sure if the marks could even be removed. We headed out in a hurry to buy another white dress shirt. The Owner, Chris Machi refused to compensate for the cost of he shirt only to clean it after the wedding. After we requested he agreed to credit the cleaning charge that may take 3 days. Obviously no quality control from their workers who pressed and covered the shirt in plastic . Do not use this dry cleaner
