What a waste of time and money! I have an old washer which has been repaired three times. Each time they come out it cost me $100.00. So far I have spent $300.00 dollars. I could have bought a washer for this amount. The repairman takes his sweet time fixing the washer and only does enough to keep it running for a short time. Home Shield makes you believe your appliance will be replaced but this is a lie. Once I get done writing the review, my next step is to report the company to the BBB. (Forget about trying to get a straight answer from the company because you will get the run around! This is the worst company I ever dealt with.been waiting to my heater for a month,been lied to,given the run around,and they still cant tell me when my heater will be here,then they charge 400 to modify the heater,if they put the right one in there it does not need modification.everytime I call I get a different story,promise,lie.I would not reccomend this company to anyone,leaving the customer with no heat for a month in the wintertime is not okay. read more
