Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. I will be filing my complaints via other channels to have my privacy protected. Updates: After working frustratingly on my own, I managed to have my private online information removed that were posted by Brian North and weren't removed within the reasonable time as required by ARMLS.
