As first time home buyers, my wife and I had no idea what to expect. We had a pretty fixed price range that was very tough to avoid "money pits." After looking at several homes, we found one that we (my wife and I) and Cindy felt was a very good deal. Cindy was very on top of things and prompt with putting in our bid and it was accepted less than 24 hours before another offer had come through. We believe that without Cindy's promptness we would have lost out on this house. The closing was another sign of Cindy's professionalism. While the selling agent was letting his client sign papers at will (including stepping out to take a 10 minute phone call), Cindy would not let us touch a piece of paper until she explained exactly what it was and what the purpose of the papers were. Our townhouse in Brighton, CO was rented but we were wanting to get it sold.
