Jim Schollenberger is a reasonably priced, responsible and very competent appliance serviceman. He has helped us with washer-dryer problems and we recently called him for our dishwasher, which was leaking water onto the floor. For a very reasonable service fee he determined that the drain pump is leaking and he helped us decide whether to replace it (for $250) or replace our twenty-year-old GE unit. We chose the latter, and we are grateful to Jim for helping us understand the pros and cons of repair versus replacement. We will continue to rely on him in the future. read more
