I contacted this company and never received a reply. At least call people back to let them know you're not interested in the jobs.

They did an excellent job. I developed a leak in December 2024. Not from any of their work, separate issue. I asked them to come take a look. They couldn't come immediately, but were in constant communication until they could come a few days later. They addressed the issue and inspected the rest of the roof to make sure that everything else was still nice and tight. Couldn't be happier with their work.

My roof had been severely damaged and another company had replaced it but did a terrible job. I got their name from my cousin who had said they were really good and honest. He was right! I had gone through a couple of companies that simply failed to show up to even provide an estimate. Since 2019 to today, they have made repairs on my NEW 2018 roof a total of 4 times. (Each time in a different spot.) They've also replaced both of my doors and even done some interior work for me. I sued the original roofing company which dragged on for four years. During that time, any time I had questions or needed anything, A-Team Exteriors were always there to help. They have been very fair in their pricing and once I can afford to replace my roof in its entirety they will be the ones to do the work. I simply won't trust anyone else!

We hired John "Devon" Buchanan, who goes by Devon, to install French doors and replace sliding…read moreglass doors, which had 2x4s scabbed onto the header of the opening to accommodate the smaller size of the sliding patio door. "Devon" couldn't figure this out, so he forced the new French doors into a hole too small, so we could not shut the doors and secure our home; he beat the new French doors up so much by forcing them into the scabbed hole, they had to be replaced. I am the one who had to take out the beat up doors, for Devon disappeared for almost a week and would not return our calls or texts. When he finally developed a pang of conscience, after our house had a huge tarp covered hole in it for week as it stormed outside, he called and explained that he had been arrested, which seems a frequent occurrence in his life. After he did return and apologize for lying to us via his wife, I pointed out to him the scabbed in 2x4s, which we removed making the hole large enough for the French doors; but, the newly installed doors wouldn't lock, and he had broken a lot of siding, so he asked if he could return the next day to finish up. Of course Devon did not return the next day and we have not heard from him since, because he blocked our number. My wife and I drove to his previous residence but were informed that he had been evicted. We were also told that he had done other customers as he has done us. As an update, we found where Devon lives and he had the nerve to blame us for his incompetence. In addition, he told us he would be at our house to fix all the vinyl siding that he broke, but of course he has not shown up again. I just got on a ladder and there is no J-channel installed on the side or top of the door, so we are having to hire another carpenter to fix Devon's sloppy, irresponsible "work." On top of that, he removed a brace from a down spout to remove vinyl siding and the down spout is, after high winds, falling down. We were informed that he has a substance abuse problems, emphasis on the pluralization, which explains his behavior. A quick Google search will show his various mug shots that substantiate his substance abuse problems. He seems like a nice guy at first, but he is not. Avoid John Devon Buccanan like the plague. Do not let him touch your house. Do not trust him, for he lacks honor, so doesn't care what shape he leaves your house in. We are posting a few pictures of Devon's sloppy work but there are more that show how he put no J-channel on the side of the doors, and other photos that show all the vinyl that he broke, as well as the downspot braces he ripped off and didn't replace, which caused the downspout to fall. We wish we had never met John Devon Bucchanan.

I would not have these people touch my home, not even if they would work for FREE. I would not…read morehave them repair the work they did, even if he gave me a full refund!! But please, do read on!!! Two nights ago Jeff told my husband that he just ordered the transition and that it should be in next week. However, on March 5th, he told *me* that he had already ordered the transition. See new pic for proof. Also, the contract stated we would get not only a transition, but a gutter under a 16 inch overhang. None of it is there. I have called my bank card ppl. I have yet to speak to Paypal. Wanted to try the bank first. (Because Pp will ask if I have done that.) And one more thing: Jeff asked if my husband could tell me to take this review down. I am not taking this review down. I might revise it, depending upon how things go. This guy needs to learn-- you can't treat customers this way!!! And ppl need to be warned about the way he does business!!!! March 20, 2020.... Well here we are, at the end of "next week" and I still don't have a transition. The only word I've gotten from the owner was a snarky answer to my other review on his Google page. He took a snapshot of my picture posted on FB where I show the porch, with the furniture and rugs in it. So what? The point is, the roof leaks, and I wasn't given what I was promised. I asked for top grade lumber and got Number 2. And again finally, there are openings around the screening which allow for the bugs to come in. And that's not all. I'm just fed up. I am done with this. We'll see what the bank says.

First and Foremost, I have pictures, FAILED inspectors report, and documentation for everything I…read moream about to write about in regards to All Pro Home Services also d/b/a His n Hers Repairs. I hope this review stops other from having to endure what I have endured the past four months. I contracted with Jeffrey Haney November 22, 2019, of which I requested all work to be done by December 16, 2019, the date I was arriving to my home in Surf City NC. I have received three quotes from contractors on Porch.com and offered the job to Jeffrey because i had spoken to him first and the job quotes for the job were all within $200 of each other for the exact items to be addressed. It is March 28, 2020 and there is NOTHING that is completely done. I contracted for existing decks to be removed, two sets of stairways to the ground level to be replaced, rotten wood where deck was attached to house to be removed and replaced, vinyl siding to be put up, new soffits, all new beams to be used for decking at 6x6 size, and two roof trusses to be braced and attic insulation to be blown. Surf City NC Building Inspector shut the construction down due to ALL WORK DONE FAILED TO MEET THE MINIMUM STANDARD FOR CODE and failure to obtain a permit. I submitted for the permit personally and had a meeting with the inspector and Jeffrey was present. After the meeting, All deficits were shown to Jeffrey and continue the building was again a GO. The ledger boards attached to the house were not done to code, the posts used for support around entire deck were 4x4, NOT TO CODE, which is anything over 5' high needs to me a minimum 6x6 (which I specified personally I wanted and it is written in the contract but Jeffery took it upon himself to lower the standards and failed to meet even his own contract writing), there were no hangers used, FAILURE TO MEET CODE, bolts used instead of the screws to be used FAILING TO MEET CODE, the hand railing built around home deck, was 28" high, FAILURE TO MEET CODE. So all of these things, despite being on our contract, were installed improperly at the hands and instruction of Jeffery Haney and ALL NEEDED TO BE REDONE!! So, All Pro cut corners and failed to meet code and inevitably needed to tear down the existing code failures and replace to bring to code. Needlessly wasting not only money on lumber but countless hours of mediocre labor paid on initial installation, now paying for tearing down the failed code portion and paying labor to redo. Throughout the entire past 4 months, I have repeatedly had to contact Jeffrey to find out when someone would be coming to finish. This contact usually resulted in lies about someone showing up but then they never would. Jeffrey would only be concerned about 'how much money is left on the project' rather than what can he do to make it right. Once he realized he had used up all of the funds, he has failed to show up. The most recent contact was his response to my frustration that I have spent over $17,000 of my money for an unfinished job and still not meeting the minimum standards of code, soffits still not completed, deck unfinished (except for all balusters installed because my husband and I put them all up ourselves because the few he installed on the initial short hand railing, were split in each area they used the screw). We saved him over 40 hours of labor (times two people) that he didn't have to pay because we, the owners, installed every ballister ourselves. My husband also has put in at least 40 additional hours helping with the installation of all new 6x6 posts, digging holes, assisting with soffits, vinyl siding, decking boards, stairs, and more. All because we wanted to help Jeffrey finish this job in a timely manner. When I expressed my frustration, Jeffrey's response was for me to "CHILL OUT, and the deck would be done by Sunday", despite telling me the week prior that it would be done by March 24. Every time I asked him when the job would be done, he would tell me a few days but no one has shown up. No one has even attempted to communicate. So my recommendation is this....If you want to contract with someone who takes all your money and does work that FAILS to meet code and never finishes the work he was paid to complete, who fails to pay his employees (that he hires for the day or two off of Facebook Marketplace), who is argumentative and not a man of his word, and someone who writes up a contract stating what is to be done but then strays and does whatever he wants, All Pro Home Services also d/b/a His n Hers Repairs/Jeffrey Haney and Jessica Davis are the ones for You! If You want to contract someone who is credible and does work to meet the NC building codes, and is respectful and provides a great service with excellent craftsmanship, then this company is NOT for you. The past four months have been long and very emotionally upsetting as well as a financial hardship, as now I have to employ another company to fix what is needed
