We've stayed at many Home2 Suites across several states, and this one truly stands out. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfectly cooled when we arrived. The pool was sparkling clean, and delicious breakfast with lots of variety hit the spot. We were even surprised with an afternoon treat--hot chicken filets, curly fries, and apple juice! The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of our stay was just right. The housekeepers were wonderful asking if we needed anything as we passed them in the hallways. It's a good hotel It's nice and spacious. Gym+pool (didn't try it but it has them) The shower is really nice. It's just convenient. My only complaints are: The beds are a bit firm. The soap and shampoo isn't in little bottles (if you are the kind of person who likes to take all the soap from hotels) And the light switch is too far from the entrance. Other information: Also if you have extra sensitive skin, the towels can be a lil bit itchy. And the soap is dries out your skin (but It's rare to see a hotel with soap that doesn't dry out skin) read more

We booked a 2 queen room for our stay. The room was big and spacious. Had a living room area, kitchenette with a big refrigerator. Desk area and comfortable beds. I was able to finally soak in the shower with perfect water pressure. Breakfast was great. We have zero complaints about this stay. We would definitely book here again if we are in the area. There was an issue that was just a fluke and general manager Alex was on the ball. Handled the situation with kindness. I was extremely impressed with him. Nearly perfect experience. Great staff, new and very clean property with large rooms and well stocked too. The only issue would be the overly powerful door closers. The doors slam shut hard very loudly. Could be peculiar to this particular room as it is handicapped equip but the doors will wake anyone else in the room. After you get used to that or use improvised door stops for the interior doors like we did the problem goes away. Great property with excellent staff and a bargain during February when we were here. We're in NWA often for business plus both of our kids attended UofA so we've a long history over here. We've stayed EVERYWHERE. The terrific inn at Carnall Hall on campus (love that!) downtown Fayetteville, Courtyard by the Mall, Bentonville's wonderful 21C (my personal favorite, see my review). We normally end up at Embassy Suites, Doubletree or Aloft in Rogers bc of their location but this was last minute and "there was no room at the inn"! I say all of that to say, I kept searching online and found this GEM! Wow! Fresh and new feeling, you walk into such a clean and wonderful lobby! Greeting? So cheerful and professional! Great color scheme, too! Then, the room! Huge, light and airy! Kitchen area with dishes, glassware even a casserole dish for the microwave! Spotless clean, everything, literally everything we could imagine and then some! This will be our new Home2! read more

Room was left dirty upon arrival. There was no toilet paper, soap, dishes were left dirty, ice bucket full of trash. On top of the dirty room, we were charged a $250 smoking fee, even though we do not smoke!!!!!!!! We called immediately after charged the fee, and now after a week of us calling up there and being promised a call back, we have heard nothing. Called corporate today and he has the audacity to get an attitude with us! Unacceptable service. Don't go here! If I could give Zero stars, I would. read more

Not sure what's going on here but this hotel is not up to the Hilton name. I checked in on line and picked my room on the 5th floor. I chose the digital key and made my way to Arkansas. I never received notice that my digital key was ready so I knew something was wrong. When I got to the hotel I went to the desk and asked for my key. The clerk looked at the computer and was typping and looking. After a few minutes I asked what the problem was and was told it was fixed. Except it wasn't fixed. I didn't get my room I got a room on the third floor, in the middle of the floor. Not sure how they messed up everything so bad but a total disaster I'm a diamond member so I spend a lot of nights in Hilton properties and thIs is one of the worst experiences I've had with them. I think the place is new so maybe they'll figure it out but a major disappointment right now read more

Beautiful modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. We had to visit family on short notice and brought our one-year old. The king sized room was very roomy, and comes with a dividing curtain to separate the bed from the living room and kitchen. This was perfect since we put up the pack-and-play in one room and could be in the other. The kitchen is amazing with quartz countertops and huge sink. Mugs and dishes are conveniently organized which made making bottles quick and easy. The shower and bathroom is very nice as well. Free breakfast included yummy coffee, waffles, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. The staff was very accommodating and understanding since we had to check out late due to a family reason. This place really felt like home and was the most comfortable stay we could have asked for. read more

The service was good. They replenished our towels (even though there is no housekeeping during COVID). The hotel was always clean and they allowed pets so that was convenient in allowing my pup to stay with me. The only downside is no breakfast is served as well as no gym access but the pool is open ? read more

I have been here 3 nights out of a 5 week stay and was inclined to write a review with the intention of updating when I check out. This place is BEYOND clean. The staff are hard working, friendly, courteous and very accommodating. They are always cleaning inside and out. It is very refreshing after staying in over 5 place in the last week while traveling across the country. The rooms are spacious, well laid out. Kitchen supplies are adequate. Beds are fair, would be better if they didn't use hot polyester sheets. Air/heat is controlled in each unit and works great. TV large. Several great areas for dogs outside to do their business and explore. They have dog poop bags available and separate trash bins. Breakfast gal is great and the waffles smell amazing. So clean! Located near freeway but rooms are pretty quiet. We have a great view looking out to a meadow with beautiful sunsets each night. Water pressure in shower is adequate but I would prefer stronger, hey we are all different. The trash receptacles are always being emptied so smells do not permeate down the hallways. Shelby at the front desk is the best! I highly recommend this place for any type of stay. Please don't forget to tip the staff! They work extremely hard! read more
