They told me that there is a no return policy, even though the material was brought back the next day right after they opened because they closed The day before we picked the material up. Unfortunately, they cannot stand customer service and correct these issues I cannot recommend them to anyone to use in the future, nor will I be using them for any additional roofing contracting work that I will be doing in this area either. This is completely their fault, and they are not willing to take responsibility for their miscommunication and lack of good customer service.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The maintenance is amazingly fast and professional! The last request for a repair I entered into their online system and there was a knock on my door within 10-15 minutes with a very friendly, competent young man who got me fixed up quickly. The management is also diligent to make sure there are community activities each month and holiday decoration contests. Nice touch. I have lived in four different apartment communities in the last decade and this is truly just about as good as it gets if you want something that feels more like a home than an apartment.
