He really took the time to understand what we wanted out of our living space and designed a kitchen that accomplished what we wanted. Everyone at Pine Ridge was easy to work with, responsive and communicative, and friendly and accommodating at every turn. Estimates for timing of work were realistic and they successfully pushed to complete the job by the deadline they had promised us, despite the fact that we had added additional work in the interim. Costs were estimated accurately and transparently documented for us on a weekly basis, so there were no surprises, and subcontracts were cost-effective and well supervised. Undependable. We scheduled a porch floor sanding 3 months in advance. The only communication we…read morehad with him after that was when we contacted him to re-confirm the schedule, several days before the job was to be done. He confirmed the date. On the scheduled day, we left the house unlocked for him, room cleared for his work, and a check for payment. He called on that day with 'truck problems' and cancelled, saying he would reschedule. As of one week later, he has not called, and has not answered our call.
