I should clarify the current state of things because this is likely going to look a whole lot different later if/when the bubble pops. The early 2021 market has a pent up demand from the pandemic, low inventory, insane competition when buying, over-asking offers 100% of the time, and super low mortgage rates. It's a perfect storm and the biggest sellers market in a long time, and you have to be a savvy buyer to say the least. Years ago I used a different agency and realtor who was nice. Nothing against him, but he would've gotten figuratively eaten alive in this current market. This time, we were able to find a house and get it under contract within just a few weeks into our search which is almost unheard of. Good guidance, staging, and strategy across the board.
