Louis verified 48 hours prior to the move and txt the morning of and showed right on time. They were all professional guys and respect my belongs and my house. They put padding around the doors and on the floor. They padded and wrapped around all my furniture. No extra cost. They never complained about anything. All the guys were friendly and respectful. If I would have gone with anyone else, it would have cost a lot more and probably not the same professionalism. There is no doubt in my mind, I will recommend Louis and his team to everyone I know.

I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.

In order to get a manufacturers' warranty for the siding, the manufacturer wanted a final sales receipt from Primo. But Primo didn't provide one. I guess James was too busy to drop it in the mail. How helpful! The contract included Debris Removal and Primo removed it, TWENTY ONE DAYS after final payment was made. Two stars, instead of one, because the crew who actually performed the installation did an excellent job. If I could have worked with them, instead of having to go through "Primo", this would have been a 5-star review. In our case "No Hassle" meant several passive-aggressive incidents that were completely unnecessary.
