They told us that in early April there was a heavy hail storm in the area and some of the roofs were damaged. On August 4, Matt Wiechelman of Feazel Roofing knocked on our door and asked if we would like to have our roof inspected for damage. We agreed and after walking the roof he showed us pictures of the hail damage. We contacted our insurer (Cincinnati Financial) and an adjuster came out the next day and agreed the roof should be replaced. Replacement was scheduled for August 19. At 7 am that morning an army of the hardest workers that we have ever seen arrived to start removing the old roof. They laid tarps to protect the landscaping and concrete and got to business. By 8:00 pm that night we had a new roof. They stayed until 9:30 cleaning up (with flashlights) and the next morning two workers came to clean up the remaining small debris and any nails or metal. Matt came out that day and checked on the work and on our satisfaction. We are very happy with Feazel and Cincinnati Insurance. We would recommend both.
