This was a frustrating experience. I brought my son in for a hand injury because he needed an…read moreX-ray. We were admitted as patients and charged a $50 copay, but after seeing the provider we were told that there was no X-ray technician available and we would have to go to another facility for imaging. If the clinic knew that X-ray services weren't available that day, it would have been helpful to inform us before admitting us and charging the copay so we could have gone directly to a location that could actually perform the X-ray. When I called afterward to ask about reimbursement, I was told the copay would not be refunded because we technically saw a provider. I understand policies, but the situation still feels unfair given that the main reason for the visit couldn't be addressed. I hope the clinic can improve communication about service availability so other families don't run into the same issue.

The Lexapro (prescribed for my anxiety/depression) is imperative to my health and safety. I placed this call on 6/9/26 at 22:23pm, leaving a voicemail requesting the refill. I heard nothing from the office and had now knowledge of a refill being issued. I called again on 6/12/26 and again, requested a refill of my medication. Again, I heard nothing and was not notified of a refill. I attempted, on several devices, to access the "Patient Portal" to request the refill -- again, it's imperative I take this medication regularly -- and was locked out of the patient portal. I called on 6/14/26 to, again, request a refill for my medication(s) and ask why I couldn't access the Portal. This is when they chose to respond, calling me 6/15/26 at 0905 to tell me I owed $65.00, and because I owed $65.00, my account was no longer "active." I received NO notification that I was essentially no longer a patient here prior to this communication. They referred to it in the voicemail as a "billing block." I called back on 6/15/26 at 1041, had to leave another message, and finally spoke to a person at the clinic on 6/15/26 at 1252. I asked them if it was common practice to deny meds and services due to bill I didn't know about, and they essentially said yes, and that once the bill was paid, they could issue a refill of my medications. I paid the bill; called again to request the refill of the essentially life-saving medication, and interestingly enough the med refill was available.
