We weren't prepared to take it, so she said they could deliver. I said how much and when. She replied free and today. We were overjoyed. We never expected to have the furniture in our home the same day. Everyone, including the two men that delivered, were kind and courteous. We will definitely shop at Davis Furniture again!

I had to involve lazy boy to get the right part ordered but laZy boy cannot do much for me because Davis is independently owned. This is when they should step up and make things right. I have been without my chair 4 months now and they could care less. They already got my money and that's not how businesses should handle customer service. They informed me, I would have my chair already if I hadn't contacted lazy boy! Yeah I would have it alright, back in the shop. Davis needs to make things right or my lawyer will. The whole purpose of the chair for my hurt back has been defeated because it is a faulty chair from an unreliable store.
