Came back Thursday at 6 (taking time out of work) and J_____ is there again, and he does the 'evaluation'. After 30 minutes I came back and he tells me that I need new crank bearings (I know!), and that I need a new cassette, new chain, new brake and gear cables, and new brake pads. Total cost £130. I had a FULL service (all of these things) 2 months ago. Dude- I just want my bearings changed. J______ (who is not a technician) tells me to phone on Sunday to make an appointment with the technician for next week. Complete waste of time. Dishonest. Useless. I'm never going back.

They also offer one of the cheapest places to buy tyres in Sussex according to my Dad so look no further when your tread starts to get a little bald. Got another mot at a small local garage to make sure and they said the shock absorbers were pretty much fine but would probably need replacing this year at some point. They sold me 4 run flat tyres all with puncture repairs, anyone who knows anything about run flats knows you do not repair them, the puncture repairs were also a bodge job repairs. Needless to say Payless did not tell me they had all been repaired, it wasn't til I went to ATS to have new tyres this was discovered. I could have had a serious accident with them.
