We arrived at the start time but the food was running a little behind and Chef Alex was very apologetic. Totally unnecessary because we were happy to go get a table and our beverages first. They were up and running just 15 minutes behind schedule. The food was terrific and worth a wait! Our party of 6 couldn't agree on which was the best (pig, brisket, or chicken). I guess when it's all good, it's hard to pick a winner. The potato salad was great, too. I have a gluten allergy and Alex knew immediately what was and wasn't safe for me. And I had plenty to eat!
