Ok I am not sure what took me so long to get to try this place but we finally did and it was a great experience. Its a huge place and very wide menu. Reasonably priced items. Because the menu is so vast we ended up over ordering! One thing we tried that I will be dreaming of for days to come is their Raj Kachori - perfectly crispy, flavourful and filled!

I've been to Honest in Bellevue a few times but my last visit was pretty disappointing. After a long tiring hike I came here super hungry and ordered pav bhaji. The bhaji tasted a bit stale and the onion + lemon they gave in the plastic container was cold AF.. straight out of the refrigerator. That's when I realized they don't really make those sides fresh here which was a letdown and so was the bhaji. From my past visits I'd say it's better to stick to their sandwiches and dosas as those are made to order (since they'd get soggy otherwise) and have tasted much better for me. The ambiance is pretty basic with no fancy decor. I may visit in future if they improve their quality and stop serving customers stale food!

Food is at par; all the chaats are good. Service very nice & ambience is peaceful. You can bring your family friends but prices have gone up for sure.

Sweet, spicy and crunchy!!! Wow. I love this place and I make sure to try something new every time I'm here. The only white person

I love this place for Indian street food!!! Service was extremely fast and everything was delicious. I can't remember exactly what I got, but thoroughly enjoyed the dahi puri and the papdi chaat, both are similar foods. Also got sandwiches and some tofu dishes. Lots of seating and lots of families around. You bus your own tables. Would come back again to try their other options!

We went back to try some of our favorites and unfortunately left feeling the quality and taste weren't the same. Service is still great albeit a bit crowded. Also felt the place didn't seem as clean. Overall the food was decent, but we were a little disappointed. We got the vada pav, dabeli and bahubali sandwich.

I was recommended this place by a coworker whose family is from South India and I'm glad I went! It was my first time eating Southern Indian food and everything we got was SO good. I went here with a friend (who is vegan) and we got the Pav Bhaji, Pan Puri, Masala Dosa, and Samosa Chatt and they were all so delicious! My favorite was probably the Pav Bhaji due to the robust flavors/spices and the it was a good dipping sauce for all the bread. I also got a chai which was one of the best I've had in a while. It also says a lot when it's busy and full of Indian families. We didn't have to wait too much for our food and some food came out faster than others which was fine as we were busy finishing other plates. I'm definitely going to go back soon and would like to try other items on their expansive menu. There are some days where I think about the food and my mouth salivates.

Very large, bright and clean location next to chuck E cheese. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Huge variety of vegetarian dishes. They even offer an eggless cake. The ginger chai and rasmalai parfait were both delicious as well. Will be back to try the dosa!

A must-visit spot for authentic Mumbai street food lovers. What we tried: Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Raj Kachori, Thali, Dabeli Verdict: The pav bhaji is impressively close to what you'd find on the streets of Mumbai -- that distinct, flavorful punch that sets it apart from versions found elsewhere in India. The vada pav is also excellent, capturing the right spice and texture. Special shoutout to the Raj Kachori -- it's massive, delicious, and absolutely worth trying. The dabeli lives up to Mumbai standards too. However, the thali was quite average and can easily be skipped. Don't miss their filter coffee -- strong, aromatic, and a perfect end to the meal. Service: Very quick and efficient. Ambience: Nothing noteworthy, but honestly, with food this good, you don't mind. One suggestion: Stick to what you do best -- Mumbai street food. It's your strength, and trying to diversify too much might dilute the experience. That said, I'm curious to try their South Indian and North Indian offerings next time.

Food was distasteful and poor quality. Ordered chilli paneer but it tasted like sweet tomato sauce and paneer was not chewable. Pav bhaji lacked flavor! Wouldn't recommend unless trying only chaats.

Honestly, a really good Indian place in redmond, easily in the top 5% and there are a ton of them out there. For a sit down meal I'd probably go elsewhere as it is fairly sparse inside. However, I loved the digital menu pictures (true to what was served) and that they have some things here I've not seen anywhere else. I got the Raj Kachori Chaat and it was both new to me and delicious. I love fried things so all that goodness within a fried shell really speaks to me. The vaga pav was also mine, but with the food sizes I couldn't finish. Both the bread and the filling were really flavorful, not just in spice but the depth of flavor too. I've been other places where they weren't hot enough or came out kinda bland but not here. I'd definitely get both these again, though probably separately as it is a lot of food.

I've been wanting to try more different kinds of Indian street foods so I came here. I tried the pav bhaji and the bhel puri. Everything was good and flavorful and I definitely want to try more times here in the future! On the pricier side but that's the reality of doing business in an expensive area.

Service is not relevant , since it is self service . Ordered Dahi puri , it was below par, they added only sweet chutney with no spicy chutney added - I will think twice about going back to eat here

I ordered paneer butter masala and grabbed a mango lassi from the fridge. I returned about 5 min later and it was ready for me! They do not ask for spice preference, and the things I have ordered all have mild heat (equivalent to 1-2 stars). This works great for me. The meals all come with rice, which is great. The food is definitely better for takeout, as the curry and rice were in different containers and it was a little awkward to try to eat it there. That said, it held up great and was a perfect meal on the couch! The ambiance in the food court is so so. Really depends on the time of day. This was a Friday, so I was told the lunch specials were no longer valid. There attendant explained that it's only valid Monday-Thursday. I find that kind of lame, like it's the middle of the day on Friday c'mon. I got the Butter Chicken meal which was ok. The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was nice and creamy. About 2 servings. The meal also comes with Naan, it was 3 nice sized pieces. They were hot and tasted fresh. The presentation was nice as my expectations for food court food a slightly lower. Getting it "for here" over "to go" probably helped with that. I'd consider going again but definitely would try for a lunch special to save a few bucks.

I'd say overall, the menu was a little pricey, but they've got some pretty unique offerings. Parking is pretty easy as it's a shared lot with crossroads. Malaiyo is effectively just textbook light, whipped cream with a ton of saffron. They definitely don't skimp on the saffron, so if you enjoy that floral, slightly herbal flavor, this will be the dessert for you. Jalebi Rabri came out piping hot and it's got a crunch that once you bite through, the sugar syrup just gushes out. It's definitely tasty, but it was SO sweet. I'd probably put in an order and share this with a group as more than one in a sitting might be a bit tough. Banarasi Lassi was just a little tart, creamy, and had a little bit of saffron swirled through. It had just a touch of the floral saffron flavor and the sliced almonds on top were a nice touch. It's definitely on the thicker side, so more of a spoon situation than a drink.

I placed my order through Yelp, which redirects customers to DoorDash for fulfillment. Unfortunately, there was no option to specify the spice level for the paneer masala side dish, despite the restaurant description highlighting customizable spice levels as part of its offering. Because I have health-related dietary concerns, I called the restaurant immediately after placing the order to request a mild spice level. The staff member who answered was initially unable to locate my order, even after I spelled out the name multiple times, which significantly delayed the process. My husband later called and was able to get someone to find the order, but when I called back again to confirm the mild spice request, I was told it was too late to make any changes. I also had an earlier issue when I accidentally went to the wrong location and called for assistance. Rather than providing the Bellevue location's direct number or helping redirect me, I was placed on hold multiple times, which added to the inconvenience. While the food itself was excellent, the customer service and ordering experience were disappointing. Since the Yelp/ DoorDash ordering flow does not allow customers to specify spice preferences for certain items, I expected more flexibility and consideration when I called immediately after placing the order with a reasonable health-related request.
