He quoted a price for installing an upgraded hard drive but it turned out my computer needed extra work and tuning to make that happen, which he did at no extra charge, including upgrading my memory. I Went to him to finish my pc build that I started on my own. He gave me a deadline, which he didn't meet. Also charged me $175 to build a pc that I had already installed the motherboard, fans , & Cpu. The day I picked up my PC all of my fans were installed Backwards. He insisted on telling me it doesn't matter which way they are installed. So i had to bring my 45lb Pc back with proof from Google, to show him I knew what I was talking about. He had all the excuses in the world. Swapped the fans around because it would have overheated. Also my Top PCIE slot didn't work on a new motherboard, which idk if it was broken by him or the factory, so I ordered a new one. Asus will let me know if it was user error or not. $600 after the new one arrived, he went MIA. My AIO cooler doesn't light up, I had to order new wires which he requested me to, for him to not finish the job. I've reached out to him multiple times, no response after he Received my payment. Cable management doesn't exist with him, all of my wires are crammed in the back. Just a mess. I wouldn't recommend. read more

I had a power input fail. Wouldn't hold the plug in place. I called Robert and took my laptop out to his place. He had to order a new part. It arrived the next day and my computer was fixed. Robert is no raggedy gnome hiding out in a shed. He is a very competent technician and his work will make you very happy as will his reasonable prices! read more

First was not so sure becuase he works from home But, I started to do my research and saw how all his reviews stated the same thing "honest and very knowledgeable" I asked him for a quote and he told me over the phone His price and they're a lot cheaper then others around. Went in thinking my MACBook pro was done and no longer alive I told him I just want to be able to get the files off the laptop. I also told him it would probably just collect dust so he afforded to buy it for parts if he couldn't get it to start. So he did his job and downloaded my files and pictures Onto a backup drive and fixed my computer and cleaned the internals of my laptop all within the his quoted price! He could of easily told me the computer was no good and would of bought a working MacBook Pro, but he is too honest and has valued integrity! With out doubt he is my new computer guy!
