Shortly thereafter I communicated with this company via phone/text. After listening to many excuses, some valid, like the weather....Unfortunately, I got tired of the excuses that suggest my home project was not even worthy of their time. However, they obviously failed to recognize my small project will also lead to many larger ones. Finally, I terminated any interaction and will solicit business from a customer service oriented firm.
