Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min. It was also super easy to make an appointment online through their website, and you can put your credit card info on their before you even go for a visit and then they will just charge your card after you go, and you don't even have to worry about bringing payment with you, which is so nice. I haven't gotten any of the other waxes done here, but the brow appointment only took about 15 minutes including filling out the beginning information, so it's a super quick, easy process as well.
