I really wish I had booked with someone other than Amanda. I had heard great reviews of this place and looked forward to going here . The studio itself is beautiful. It was a little different getting the microblading done in the same room as others. My first experience with Amanda was different. She cancelled my first appointment last minute . Then we rescheduled and she cancelled again last minute then said she could hours later. At that point I had to reschedule because I needed to get work done . Anyways once I got there she worked on me and was talking about a another client of hers prior about how she cancelled . She wasn't talking to me about it but the person who worked beside her that day. How unprofessional! I have never heard had a service done where they talk about their clients in front of new ones. I knew then I shouldn't of saw her. Scheduling a touch up with her is a nightmare because she became very unreliable with booking a touch up. She would post on social media but not respond to my text messages about scheduling or even call. I am now at my 3 months mark of waiting for a touch up and I have took my business elsewhere because I need someone who is reliable and is friendly enough to reach out to me a couple days later . I told her if I had to book with Julia i would for a touch up and she said it would be 250 and she was booked until June. Also that they work the same schedule . Which paying the money was fine for me, but she didn't even give me Julia information to try and reach our to her. They may have had the same schedule but i doubt Julia was as unprofessional as her or cancelled on her clients as much as she did. I understand issues come up. I wanted to give them zero stars but couldn't get that to work. Just like there phone doesn't work. My daughter wanted to have her brows done for a Christmas present. There was a special for $400. I tried to get it but there wasn't any gift certificates on the website but the full price. I thought about getting a gift certificate for part of it and letting her pay the difference but the only option is $600. I tried to call but they don't answer the phone. I sent an email and am still waiting for an answer to that 5 days later. Now it is too late because they only had "so many". How do you run out of gift certificates. I have tried to write this review so many times but can never put into words how incredibly talented Julia is. I cannot express to you how much her work has changed my life. Unfortunately, I was given very fair and thin eyebrows with dark hair and eyes. I was so insecure about them, I wouldn't dare leave the house without filing them in. As someone who lives an active lifestyle, I didn't want to have to worry about that, I wanted to roll out of bed and get to the gym or swim laps without worrying about my eyebrows or sweating off my filled in brows.
