So I did it all on the 1st day with my experience. Unfortunately, I shampoo my hair with peppermint oil. I was doing it in the shower. The peppermint oil began to run down my face into my eyes. So I pretty much begin fleshing my eyes out with clear water. So you can imagine what my UV lashes was going through. That night I only lost one lash next day I lost three lashes. So I said not bad. as time went on. a weeks passed my lashes begin to start falling out.I do believe due to the peppermint oil. LRA is located inside a shared office building that has plenty of parking available. Once you enter the main lobby go to the right and make the first left down the hall, and you'll see suite 5! It's an intimate studio with two lash artist on site. Jonelle is the main artist at LRA, and I believe she's head honcho as well lol. My first few experiences here were with Emilee, who's a new lash artist at LRA, and she was great! Emilee has amazing skills when it comes to classic sets and volume sets, and perhaps when she starts practicing with mega volume I'll come back to her, but I'm obsessed with mega volume sets right now, so I've been booking with Jonelle lately. I scheduled the appointment for a Sunday prior to my trip to Europe so they would look nice. The owner texted me stating they do not do this Groupon service on Sundays but only Mondays and Fridays. I work in EMS and cannot request those days off. She offered me $15 toward another service (services run $100 and up) when I paid $55 for the Groupon. She did not try to accommodate me and the Groupon is not refundable. I was wanting to continue to get lash fills here biweekly. However, I will find a more accommodating salon with better customer service.
