Totally fine, it wasn't near rush hour so I was in no rush. The wings were good, the fries were pretty basic, but they forgot to give me my bread. Some friends from school decided to stop at Hook between classes but didn't get back until 5 minutes before class started. I had to sit there and be tortured by the smell of fresh chicken coming from my purse lol I got home, heated up that chicken so quick. It was so good! I had to work late tonight and had place to eat. I ten remembered my niece telling me about Hook Fish and chicken's fried shrimp. So I decided to pay them a visit. Upon ordering my food , the customer service was exceptional. Once I ordered my food and pulled up to the window, the cashier asked if this was my first time at their establishment. I responded with "yes". I handed him my card to pay for my food. When giving my card back to me he gave me a free cheesecake just because it was my first time coming. The food was fresh and most importantly the best tasting shrimp that I have eaten. The flavor profile is different than any shrimp I've tried. The cheesecake was so good that my wife consumed 3/4th's of it and she doesn't even like cheesecake!!! All this to say that the customer service is a 10.
