I highly recommend this store! Everytime I go there I'm always greeted right away and they are fast and always try to help out anyway they can. I'm pretty much a weekly two week regular customer. I've never purchased anything offline so i'm not sure on how the online things are but in store though I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have tons of different flavors to choose from and more, plus many different types of different kind of vape devices to choose from as well. The value of items are not too bad price wise as well. I am a loyal customer, and have never been dissatisfied with the service at any of the locations ever. The staff is knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly. So I bought a vape mod from Hoosier vapes in Greensburg Indiana and it's by far the worst vape I've ever bought the button started sticking after a month. Dont go to shop in shelbyville. Both employees dismissed me with one word answers and acted like I was interrupting them from something. They sat there and belittled another customer for having a "government job". Purchased coils from them for the first time, waited for them to arrive. Received wrong coils, weren't even for the same tank. Told them of their mistake, they reply saying they were sending me a envelope to return them to them. Or else they would be charging me for these coils I didn't even order. No apologies just a time limit (10 days or they take it from my card). Get mad but do it anyways. They send me the correct coils this time but don't even expedited the shipping. Had to wait again to receive them. Wouldn't recommend their poor sloppy service. Found another site a week later that had the same coils 1/4 the price and guess what? I've purchased these coils many times from Hoosierecig with no problems. Their shipping is user-fast, pricing is competitive and the coils, up until now has been excellent. However, upon receiving my usual order of two packs of 5pc each pack I was surprised to find that 5 out of 5 in one pack was completely bad. Bad meaning simply not functioning correctly by giving a strong burnt flavor, taste and smell from the first draw. And yes, I've been using these coils for a long time and know how to prime correctly. But that's not what disappointed me. When I called customer service at Hoosierecig I wasn't even asked my name or order number. I was simply told "Well that's what happens with these coils, sometimes they just fail" Ok, fair enough but why wouldn't you ask me for the lot number of the 5 pack to see if other of your customers have reported the same issues? If there is a lot problem you could advise the mfr of a possible problem and protect your present and future customers from a bad product? That is why I'm so disappointed in hoosier not about a full pack of coils. read more
