There were five colors shown. What I though was a box to check on the online order form agreeing to this stipulation, was actually an agreement allowing Waterbeds 'n' stuff to ship whatever they wanted. Waterbeds 'n' stuff shipped me a water pipe that was unacceptable. I do not understand why a retailer would ask a customer to allow receiving anything they wanted to ship. I also do not understand why Waterbeds 'n' stuff didn't send me an email explaining what they were sending. Furthermore, I had to pay for shipping the order to me and pay the shipping back to them for the return. DO NOT ORDER MERCHANDISE FROM WATERBEDS 'N' STUFF.

From the owner: Waterbeds 'n' Stuff was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1972, but the story starts a few years earlier…read more Founder Gerald Spero launched a wholesale smoke shop and counterculture supply business in 1969, operating it out of his apartment under the name The Warehouse. It grew fast. His biggest retail customer was a waterbed store that also carried the counterculture merchandise Gerald supplied. The partnership made sense, and in 1972 the two businesses merged and Waterbeds 'n' Stuff was officially incorporated, opening its first storefront on North High Street across from Ohio State University. Gerald bought out his original partner not long after and became sole owner. By the late 1970s, a wildly popular marketing campaign had earned him the nickname "Crazy Jerry," a name Columbus still remembers. Over the following decade, the company grew to 13 locations across Central Ohio. More than 50 years later, Waterbeds 'n' Stuff is still Columbus's original smoke shop.

They even taught me how to use the device and got it all set up for me to use. Vaporfi is alright. For a corporation to franchise their name and products in this industry it's a…read morefirst. The basic "create-your-juice" is ok for what it is. It is better for a pen vaporizer with nothing more than an adjustable voltage dial. If you're using any kind of mod, the reserve is better for you, but it's also much more expensive and less than 10 flavors. This place sells mainly Kangertech Vaporizers branded with their name, so don't think you have to buy Vaporfi products. They lost some of my respect when I went to get juice, at the time I only purchased juice from them. But to make a long story short, I like bang for the buck, thus I bought my dual 1.8 ohm coils from eBay of legit Kangertech supplys. They tried to sell me their coils claiming mine from eBay are clones or "fakes". At that point I was no amateur in the vape world. Thus they lost some respect attempting to insult my intelligence. The reps make commission for sales thus they will tell you anything and everything is good and makes it better in their shop. I'm not that kind of vaper you can pull that off on. Now I shop elsewhere.
