A hit with the kiddos! We got a jumper from Hop Skip N' A Bounce for my daughter's first birthday. I wanted one that had a ball pit so that the littles had a place to safely play while the big kids wore themselves out. They had just the thing! I was very pleased with the service provided. I ordered the blue jumper with the dry slide and ball pit for my daughter's birthday. This company is very professional and has a very good website that is upfront with pricing. The jumper arrived on time and was very clean. I was impressed at how clean it was as I've seen some really beat up and dingy jumpers at other parties. They provided a thorough and lengthy contract, but it was easy to read. They have an extensive inventory of jumpers and we're very responsive to my request and questions via Yelp and email. Prices are very competitive as I called 2 other local places. read more

I have used them several times, my daughter in law has used them on numerous occasion. After ordering a 20x20 canopy for a function several weeks ago, I get a cal 4 hrs before they were suppose to deliver and set up and they cancelled, told they don't have a driver and won't deliver tomorrow either, never never again. First I would like to state that I was a bit on a time crunch due to cancellation of another company. Had there been enough time I'm sure things would have worked out differently, but the communication from this company was bad. First I contacted for pricing and availability and was told to go online and send a message due to them streamlining their requests, ok sure. I wait 2 days as it states and I receive nothing. I call them to inquire if they got my request and was told they were busy and they would let me know the next day if they were available. Next day comes and nothing, I call again and they say they think they have availability but are waiting to hire a driver and let me know. This was Friday, I don't hear anything until Monday when I call. They tell me they aren't available. It took 6 days for them to tell me they can't do my party. I understand you are busy, but I would rather you be upfront and tell me you can't do it instead of me calling and feeling like I'm pulling teeth. I wasted time waiting on their responses. read more

This was so much fun. I had only ordered a bounce house once and it was for my wedding, so I wasn't really too involved in the actual jumping and playing. After this last year, we wanted to treat my daughter and her cousins to a very fun day. We had just moved to Glendora and I was looking up local bounce houses to set up in the front yard. Terrible company, will never do business with them. I had a bouncer reserved for my son's 3rd birthday. It was supposed to arrive 7am on the Friday before the party. It didn't show. At 10am I called to see where it was. The man who answered was rude and said it was going to be canceled because the forecast showed rain on Saturday. First of all, their weather advisory document says it can't be used in heavy rain or winds over 15 mph, not that it can't be used in precipitation at all. Second, he just wasn't going to tell me it was canceled??! Terrible business practice just to no show and wait for the customer to call to tell them it is canceled. Luckily I found another company who took my last minute reservation and my son and his friends had a blast jumping in the bounce house in between light mists. read more

The man that came to set up was super professional, very nice, tarped the whole area, sanitized the whole jumper, and explained how to work it before he left (it was our first jumper/water slide combo). I can't say enough good things about this place. We live in a small condominium with a small back patio and they were able to accommodate us with the perfect mini jumper. Our jumper was setup quickly, sanitized before use, and ready within minutes. The pickup was just as fast and easy. The gentleman that delivered and picked up the jumper was very kind, courteous and professional. I rented a small mini bounce castle for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it was perfect for my small front yard. Easy booking and a great price for a flat rate to rent for the whole day (12 hours). Leo was very friendly and is following Covid guidelines with delivery and set up, which is also printed in your rental contract. I called twice to ensure the bouncer I wanted was available and would fit my area. He ensured me and told me how to proceed with booking online. He told me to book delivery for 2 hours before the event started. I booked, got confirmation then 2 hours later got a call saying they could be there at 12:30... the event starts at 12! I booked delivery for 9:30! He was apologetic, but still not able to get me the product that I reserved and called to ensure was available! Will not be working with them ever. read more
