This office doesn't know how to cancel appointments in a professional manner. I had four appointments cancel but found out they were canceled because an employee decided to leave at end of month with proper notice. The care for the last six weeks was damaging in many ways. The owner wouldn't communicate with me except a text and not in person after closing one of location. I believe the type of care that I received the last six weeks from the owner was less than reasonable in many ways. read more
